- The click rate is a bit low. Focus on the content and call to action. The open rate is acceptable (can be better, ideally 30% and more), people are seeing your emails, they are opening, but the clicks are low.
- The bounce rate in August was too high (0.32%) - check the source of your contacts, run them through an email validation service.
- Some of the email are going to promo tab, this is something that can be fixed, just get in touch with me and we provide instructions how to fix this (included in the price)
- The IP reputation is medium. Since this is a shared IP address, consider a private IP address.
- There is an issue with your SPF record. We will send you a separate email to fix this (included in the price)
- Your domain is blacklisted, we started the delisting process for you. If we need more details, we will be in touch.
